FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: device includes six power phase groups connected by their power inputs to DC power mains, and by outputs to primary windings of phase transformer units, secondary phase windings of which are linked phase-wise in series and connected to input terminals of three-phase filter, and phase group control system forming two three-phase signal systems with pulse-width modulation, displaced at clock frequency fT by π angle, for control of key elements in phase groups, transformer units are made in the form of two three-phase transformers, first half of three phase groups is made in the form of first three-phase voltage inverter in a bridge circuit with transistors with reverse diodes, where power input is connected to DC power mains, second half of three phase groups is also made as three-phase voltage inverter with power input connected in the same manner to DC power mains, and outputs of first and second three-phase voltage inverters are connected to three-phase primary winding of one of two three-phase voltage transformers.

EFFECT: improved weight and dimension parameters, efficiency, processability, reliability, extended functional capacities.
