FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: this mix comprises technical alumina (Al2O3) as the base and additive composed of zircon, calcium oxide, titanium oxide, silicon oxide as nano-alumina at the following ratio of components, wt %: alumina 91.0-95.9, zircon 3.0-7.0, calcium oxide 1.0-1.25, titanium oxide 0.5-0.75, silicon oxide 0.3-1.0 (over 100%). Article is formed from said mix at 1550°C. Phase composition of produced material represents corundum surrounded by glassy phase, fine crystals of ZrO2 and mullite.
EFFECT: higher heat resistance at goof electric insulation properties.
