FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to separator and to drink clarification with the help of claimed separator. Separator comprises revolving drum with vertical shaft accommodating a stack of plates of at least two shuttles. The latter do not run with the drum to discharge separated liquid phases. Note here that said shuttles are connected with discharge pipes and fitted in appropriate pressure chambers of the drum. Shuttles have appropriate barrels extending axially from the drum. Said pressure chambers including two shuttles extend around aforesaid shaft in different radii with radial relative shift to make the camber between outer peripheral surface of shuttle inner barrel and inner peripheral surface of shuttle outer barrel. Fluid, for example, inert gas, can be forced in said chamber via channel for it to be forced in spinning system pressure chambers. In compliance with clarification of a drink, for example, beer, the latter as a light phase is separated from liquid solid phase, for example, yeast, and protected against interaction with oxygen with the help of inert gas, particularly, CO₂.

EFFECT: ruled out drink interaction with oxygen.
