FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to multicomponent spraying systems and can be used in pressure relieve systems of the piston and liquid dosing apparatuses fitted at least with two pumps. The bypass valve consists of the valve body and primary and secondary pressure relief valves. Two inlets, two outlets and two pressure relieve outlets intended for liquid discharge respectively from two holes in the valve body are a part of the valve body. The inlets are intended for connection to liquid pump outlets. The outlets are intended for liquid discharge from the respective inlets of the valve bodies. The pressure relieve outlets are intended for liquid discharge respectively from two holes in the valve body. The first and second safety valves shut two inlets, two outlets and, respectively, two pressure relieve outlets. Each safety valve consists of the spring pressure relieve valve which is intended for connection of the inlet main line to the pressure relieve outlet when this pressure is exceeded. The safety valve also comprises the manual gate. The gate in the first position connects the inlet main line to the outlet, keeping unchanged the operation of the pressure relieve valve. In the second position the gate connects the inlet main line with the outlet pressure relieve main line at open pressure relieve valve. The liquid dosing apparatus can be implemented with two pumps and bypass valves.
EFFECT: possibility of prevention of damage of the equipment and occurrence of unsafe working conditions, and also ensuring the necessary level of humidity of safety valves in normal operating mode.
