Vehicle propulsor includes engine output shaft, transmission input shaft, electrical machine and planetary gear containing mobile components and stop sleeve. In the first position, the stop sleeve interacts with the first mobile component of planetary gear and engine output shaft and transmission input shaft are rotated with at different speeds by means of planetary gear. In the second position, the stop sleeve interacts with the second mobile component of planetary gear thus firmly connecting engine output shaft with transmission input shaft. Electrical machine rotor is connected with planetary gear annulus, the first mobile component is connected with rotor of electrical machine, the second mobile component is connected with transmission output shaft.
