FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: gearbox comprises an input shaft (8) and an output shaft (20), a first epicyclic gear (10) which is connected to input shaft (8), a second epicyclic gear (12) that is connected to first epicyclic gear (10), first electric machine (14) that is connected to first epicyclic gear (10), second electric machine (16) that is connected to second epicyclic gear (12), first gear pair (60) that is located between first epicyclic gear (10) and an output shaft (20), and a second gear pair (66), which is located between second epicyclic gear (12) and output shaft (20). Side shaft (18) is located between first and second epicyclic gears (10, 12) and output shaft (20). Side shaft (18) is connected to output shaft (20) via final gear (21). Final gear (21) comprises a toothed member (92) which is on side shaft (18) with possibility of uncoupling. The invention also relates to a vehicle (1), which comprises such a gearbox (2), and to a method for controlling such a gearbox (2).
