SUBSTANCE: proposed nonresonance laser has continuous pumping radiation source and resonator formed by input and output mirrors that accommodates combination-active medium. Resonator combination-active element is made in the form of chip or ditch with liquid or gas and its quality factor on combination stimulated scattering radiation wavelength is sufficient for exciting this radiation in its combination-active medium. Resonator has output mirror. Threshold excitation power is inversely proportional to first degree of resonator quality factor on combined stimulated scattering radiation wavelength.
EFFECT: reduced cost and space requirement, ability of converting continuous laser radiation.
