FIELD: measurement equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and may find application in systems of detection of man-made air objects moving in the Earth atmosphere. They serially measure intensity of isotropic relict radiation by scanning the celestial sphere by a measurement receiver tuned for frequency of isotropic space relict radiation. At the same time, in order to register intensity of electromagnetic waves of isotropic relict radiation they use a recorder, which is made of a narrowband narrow-beam antenna, a narrowband selective receiver, a precision positioner, and a calculator of coordinates of moving air objects with an information output device.
EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities.
