FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to stone making machine (1) including support prop (3) and main height-adjustable frame (2) fitted thereat. Said main frame (2) accommodates at least one device (19) to lift and drop the stone retainer (20). Main frame (2) can be displaced relative to support prop (3) by retainer lifting device (19) arranged at support prop (3). Machine height adjustment comprises driving of the retainer lifting device (19) to support position (AS) at support prop (3). Main frame lock (9) is released. Retainer lifting device (19) is actuated so that to lift said main frame (2). Main frame (2) lock (9) is tightened.
EFFECT: simplified height adjustment.
