SUBSTANCE: from the watercraft board in the mode of stabilization of the watercraft without its motion overboard of the watercraft the conducting rope is paid out to the pre-set RSI distance on the cable rope, fitted with the elastic suspension bracket. After that take the watercraft hydroacoustic noise parameters are measured from the watercraft. The elastic suspension bracket on the conducting rope allows to get rid of hydrodynamic noises.

EFFECT: possibility of monitoring of noise parameters by means of the thrown-out outboard RSI in the mode of stabilisation of the watercraft without its motion, and also elimination of influence of hydroacoustic vibrations of RSI conducting rope at the results of measurements of the watercraft noise parameters.
