SUBSTANCE: unlike existing devices, the fundamentally new effect of reducing errors in direction-finding and tracking is achieved by introducing a compensation equation solving device, the signal inputs of which are connected to outputs of a direction-finding receiver, and the outputs are connected to inputs of an electromechanical drive, N inputs of coefficients of the direction-finding characteristic of the compensation equation solving device are connected to N outputs of current values of coefficients of the direction-finding characteristic of an approximating spline computer, where N is the number of expansion coefficients of the direction-finding characteristic of the antenna dome system used for compensation, wherein the value N is selected N≥2.

EFFECT: high accuracy of direction-finding and tracking objects by taking into account changes in the slope and nonlinear distortions of the direction-finding characteristic during operation of the antenna dome system.
