FIELD: radio engineering, possible usage during radio-technical texts of antenna-cowling systems.

SUBSTANCE: device for measuring passage coefficient of antenna-cowling systems contains rotary stand with bearing antenna, cowling and cowling rotation angle indicator installed on it, measuring channels, each one of which contains auxiliary antenna, connected through UHF switch to UHF generator, and devices for selection and storage, device for measuring total and difference signals, device for computing bearing error of antenna-cowling system, controller. Device additionally features block for solving a system of n linear equations for total characteristic (where n - number of measuring channels, n>2) and device for computing a polynomial of n-1 degree of total characteristic, and also suggests new connections between elements.

EFFECT: increased precision of measurements due to removal of errors, which appear because of distortions of total characteristic in antenna-cowling system.
