FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: two housings (1) of the centrifugal counterflow mill are arranged in the same plane and connected among themselves by the common tangential channel (2). Each housing has the rotor (3) with accelerating blades (4). The discharge branch pipe (5) is equidistant from the axis of rotation of rotors and located in the tangential channel. The loading branch pipes (6) are located in each housing for supply of crushed material. The loading branch pipes are located on the circle arch equal to 50-280°, from the straight line passing through the centres of rotation of rotors. The radius of circle of arrangement of loading branch pipes amounts 1/4-3/4 radii of the rotor with the centre on vertical axis of the rotor. The rotors are implemented with a possibility of rotation in the direction of the respective exhaust outlet of the channel. The rotor blades are bent towards the rotor rotation. On the upper plane of each rotor by end face towards the concave surface of each accelerating blade the wedge ledge (7) is rigidly fixed. The wedge ledge height under the loading branch pipe is equal to 0.1-0.2dmax and along the rotor periphery - 0.5dmax-1.0dmax. The wedge ledge width is equal to 0.5-1.0dmax. The height of each accelerating blade is greater than 2dmax, where dmax - maximum size of a particle of the loaded material.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of crushing.
