FIELD: disintegrators and crushing devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to grinders of various materials and can be used in production of construction materials. Mill comprises two bodies connected by tangential channel (2), whose side walls converge in the plane of symmetry of the centrifugal mill at an angle of 120–150°. Each body has rotor (3) which is rotatable in the direction of the corresponding outlet of the channel, on which acceleration vanes (4) are fixed. In tangential channel (2) there is discharge branch pipe (5) equidistant from the axis of rotation of rotors (3). Feed nozzles in each body for supplying the material to be ground are arranged on an arc of a circle of 50…280°, counting from the straight line passing through the centers of rotation of rotors (3) and a radius equal to 1/4…3/4 of the radius of rotor (3) with the center on the vertical axis of the latter. At the lower end of each loading nozzle there is an inclined cut at an angle of 45° on the side opposite to the rotation of corresponding rotor (3). Each accelerating blade (4) has a cut corresponding to the profile of loading nozzle with the provision of technological gap. Each body consists of two steps, separated by a horizontal plate height (7). Upper disk (10) with spreading blades (11), located on one rotor (3) with accelerating blades (4), is additionally installed on the upper (8) stage of the body. Loading box (12) is fixed in the center of the upper stage (8). Upper stage (8) includes a tangential outlet, connected to the loading nozzle extending from the upper stage (7) to the lower one (9).
EFFECT: provides increased grinding process efficiency and productivity for the finished product.
