FIELD: sport.
SUBSTANCE: methods of jumping on skate-skis from jump ramps according to the DAS system allow jumping on modern ice-covered jump ramps of acceleration and rollout area. The methods of jumping on skate-skis from jump ramps containing on ice cover: acceleration area, separation tables, flying on curved trajectories followed by sliding and braking at rolling out, jumps are performed on skate-skis having a low coefficient of sliding friction, sliding surfaces throughout the ice track, made with the possibility of flying through the catapulting by pushing away from the separation tables, influencing the muscular effort of the user to the dampers mounted on the skate-skis, and the subsequent damped braking at rolling out, by cyclic inertial jump-flights over the surface of the ice cover of rollout (by analogy with flat stone thrown with the speed, flying on water surface with damped jumps).
EFFECT: methods enable to perform more efficient, emotional, attractive jumps for both participants and spectators, in several versions, as well as increase the speed at acceleration, flight, rolling out, with different methods of braking.
