SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lighting engineering. Devices (1) have branches (20, 30) to receive alternating-current voltage. The first branches (20) comprise the first circuits (21) of light-emitting diodes (LED) and the first devices for phase shift of the first current values passing through the first LED circuits (21) in regard to alternating-current voltage values. The second branches (30) comprise the second LED circuits (31) and the second devices for phase shift of the second current values passing through the second LED circuits (31) in regard to the alternating-current voltage values. In result the total flicker index of the device (1) will be less than individual flicker indices of the LED circuits (21, 31). The first devices may comprise capacitors (22) connected in series to the first LED circuits (21). The branches (20, 30) may also comprise resistors (23, 33) connected in series or forming a part of the LED circuits (21, 31). The LED circuits (21, 31) generate light in response to positive and negative halves of the alternating-current voltage.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and improved operating reliability of the device.
