FIELD: lighting.
SUBSTANCE: device on white LEDs, directly excited by direct current, contains n parallel branches consisting of series-connected LED module and DC unit connected to the output terminal of the rectifying circuit. At the same time, by setting the current value, the trip voltage and the turn-on voltage of the DC unit for each branch, periodic flickering caused by changes in the AC voltage can be avoided, and the additional use of LEDs with controlled luminescence duration also reduces the flickering of the LEDs because of the alternating current, due to luminescent afterglow of LEDs. In addition, since the current of each branch is maintained at a constant level, changes in the transition temperatures do not lead to a change in the current in a LED, but with an increase in the number of branches, the waveform of the excitation current approaches to a sinusoidal one.
EFFECT: increase of power factor, reliability and efficiency of light-emitting device.
