FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: method of open and underground mining of series of steeply dipping coal layers includes the separation of the mining lease into sections, on the day surface of each section the working platform is arranged by removal of deposits above internal layer of non-working thickness. At the output of this layer the mouth of inclined mining is arranged which is performed towards one of boundaries of the mining lease along spreading of layers. Inclined drift is performed rectilinearly along the layer of non-working thickness with an out-of-seam dilution of rocks of the roof and the soil to the level of the underlying horizontal layer where the horizontal layered chamber is formed. From the layered chamber the cross-cut is performed at first towards overlying layers, then - backwards, thus opening all layers of the series of working power. Coal in the layer is extracted by mobile mechanization devices in the horizontal extraction chamber up to one of boundaries of the mining lease along spreading consistently in all layers of the series of working thickness. Then the inclined drift is deepened down to the level of the following underlying layer with keeping of proportional ledge between layers. Delivery of the broken-down coal along the inclined drift is performed by a tape conveyor. The mouth of each subsequent inclined drift is arranged at the following working site at the distance from previous one, approximately equal to total length in plan of projections of inclined drift and the excavated extraction chamber. At the final stage when arranging the last inclined drift the coal is extracted in underlying layers as it is described above, and in the overlying ones - towards opposite boundary of the mining lease along spreading as well. On the excavated working sites the disturbed landscape is reinstated.
EFFECT: design improvement the invention allows to improve efficiency of arrangement of the series of layers.
