FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a mother stock in a solid agglomerated form for electrolytes of lithium-ion batteries or supercapacitors, a method of producing said mother stock, a concentrated mother stock, a method of making an electrode, an electrode made using said method, a method of producing an active composite material for an electrode, an active composite material for an electrode made using said method and to the use of the mother stock. The mother stock contains: a) carbon nanofibres and/or nanotubes and/or carbon black, the content of which is 15-40 wt %, preferably 20-25 wt % of the total weight of the mother stock; b) at least one solvent; c) at least one polymer binder in amount of 1-40 wt %, preferably 2-30 wt % of the total weight of the mother stock. The solvent is an organic solvent, water or a mixture thereof and is in amount of 20-84 wt % of the total weight of the mother stock.

EFFECT: obtaining a mother stock and articles based thereon, which solves the task of adding carbon nanotubes to water- or organic-based liquid compositions.
