FIELD: nanotechnology.

SUBSTANCE: control device which controls the discharge of anhydrous accumulator battery so that electric energy of the discharge of anhydrous accumulator battery does not exceed the upper limit value, comprises a current sensor and a controller. The controller calculates the evaluation value for evaluating the first component of the state deterioration based on the discharge state detected by using the current sensor. The first component of the state deterioration is the component that reduces the output operating characteristics of anhydrous accumulator battery due to the imbalance of the concentration of ions in the electrolyte solution, caused by the discharge of the anhydrous accumulator battery. The controller integrates the value obtained by subtracting the adjustment coefficient from the first integral value obtained by integrating the previous evaluation values which exceed the target value and the current evaluation value which exceeds the target value, to calculate the second integral value. When the second integral value exceeds the threshold value, the controller reduces the upper limit value.

EFFECT: preventing excessive discharge of the anhydrous accumulator battery.
