SUBSTANCE: invention relates to evaluation of accumulator capacity factor. Device comprises a determination unit which determines accumulator current and battery voltage, a module for calculating integrated current values, which indicates a period from a first point in time, when accumulator current absolute value approaches 0 ampere to second moment of time when accumulator current absolute value approaches 0 ampere, as integration period and calculates integrated value of accumulator current during integration period, module of voltage calculation at open circuit in first and second moments of time based on voltage determined by determination module, module for evaluation of capacitance factor, which evaluates capacity factor of accumulator based on voltage difference between first voltage and second voltage at open circuit and integrated value. Integrated value satisfying the prescribed conditions, which consists in the fact that the integrated value is equal to or higher than the prescribed lower limit value, and the average value of the accumulator current during the integration period is equal to or higher than the prescribed value.
EFFECT: technical result is increase of capacitance coefficient estimation accuracy.
