FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: motor includes at least one working cylinder 1, equipped with a movable piston 2 and a working chamber 3 for electrolyte, an electric arc activator 4 of electrolyte, connected by the input wit a catalytic accumulator 5 and an output of an electromechanical generator 6. The driving shaft of the generator 6 by means of a crank-and-rod mechanism 8 is connected with a movable piston 2. The working chamber 3 is located under the cylinder 1 and coaxially with it. The chamber 3 is communicated with a reservoir 14 for water and a reservoir 15 for liquid chemical catalyst on the basis of combustible materials by means of valves 10, 11 and electromagnetic valves 12, 13, made with digital control from a PC 24. In the lower part of the working chamber 3 and coaxially with it there is a heat resistant electrode 16 installed, electrically isolated from a current-conducting body of the chamber 3, and is connected with a potential bus 17 of the electric arc activator 4, the grounded bus of which is connected to the current-conducting body of the working chamber 3. In the upper part of the cylinder 1 near the upper dead point of the piston 2 there is a safety discharge valve 18 installed (by excessive pressure of combustible gases). The valve 18 by the outlet of combustible gases is connected via a catalytic accumulator 5 with a stack 31. The accumulator 5 for reduction of mass is made in the form of a magnetic catalyst of exhaust gases of the working chamber 2. It comprises a block of heteropolar metal plates 19 and 20.
