SUBSTANCE: invention relates to information processing devices. The device comprises a processor and memory which includes computer programme code, wherein said memory and said computer programme code are configured to enable said device to provide a part which is available for selection by the user and to switch said device into a first active state or a second active state, where in said first active state, said part which is available for selection by the user is activated in response to a first activation mode and in said second active state, said part which is available for selection by the user is inactivated in response to said first activation mode and configuring said device to provide tactile indication that said part which is available for selection by the user is activated in response to said first activation mode, if said device is in said first active state.

EFFECT: providing tactile indication which enables to a user to differentiate active states of the device without the need to display additional information on a display.
