FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method of dehydration of oil emulsions due to that limited volume of the oil emulsion is supplied to the re-used tank, if necessary it is heated, circulates through the closed loop via the magnetic device or is statically held in it. In both cases it is treated by the rotating magnetic field; or circulates through the closed loop and is successively disintegrated in the disintegrator, and is treated by the rotating magnetic field in the magnetic device; or is located and successively held in the re-used tank, magnetic device and separating settler, at that in the re-used tank the oil emulsion is heated, if necessary, in the magnetic device it is treated by the rotating magnetic field, in the separating settler the dehydrated oil is produced, at that before loading in the magnetic device the oil emulsion is preliminary disintegrated by circulation through the disintegrator, and treatment time during disintegration in the magnetic device and separating settler is determined by experiment as per principle of achievement of the required or best result. Invention also relates to the device for oil emulsion dehydration.
EFFECT: effective dehydration of stable oil emulsions.
