SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to modular drilling rigs. The modular drilling rig includes: the folding derrick subbase which can move between the lowered and lifted position, and which contains a bed, a catwalk framework, a catwalk above a catwalk framework and a support the ends of which are hingedly connected to the bed and to the catwalk framework, and supports bear the catwalk above the bed in the lifted provision of the derrick subbase; the drilling rig with the lower section which connects hingedly above the catwalk and can move between approximately horizontal position and the position above the catwalk; the console having the lower end and the upper end, and the lower end is hingedly connected to the catwalk framework, and the upper end can move between the retracted position, under the catwalk, and the extended position, above the catwalk; the lifting cylinder having one end connected hingedly to the bed, and the opposite hingedly-jointed end, and the lifting cylinder can be extended selectively with reference to the hinged connection with the bed. The hingedly connected end of the lifting cylinder can be connected to the drilling rig in such a way that at extension of the rod of the lifting cylinder the drilling rig is transferred from approximately horizontal position above the catwalk to approximately vertical position above the catwalk. The hingedly connected end of the lifting cylinder can also be connected to the upper end of the console so that the extension of the rod of the lifting cylinder lifts the derrick subbase into the lifted position.

EFFECT: shortening time of assembly and disassembly of the unit.
