FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing of cattle-breeding liquid wastes and effluents brought about by farm with stall feeding. Proposed process comprises separation of liquid wastes at precipitate dewatering device 16 to solid precipitate and first filtrate. First and second flocculants are added to first filtrate to cause aggregation of suspended solid particles in first filtrate to form a flocculated precipitate and second filtrate. Note here that said first flocculant contains about 50-60 wt % of sodium hydroxide and about 30-60 wt % of sodium aluminate. Said second flocculant contains non-ionic or anionic acryl polymers. Flocculated precipitate is separated from second filtrate in separator 24 of suspended particles to get third filtrate. Said third filtrate is fed through filtering device 28 of fine particles to get fourth filtrate. Said fourth filtrate is fed through membrane filtering unit 30 to get permeate and concentrate.
EFFECT: water regeneration and extraction of solid particles from effluents, decreased environmental effects.
