SUBSTANCE: prophylactic agent based on caprolactam obtained during production by oxidation of cyclohexane of a water solution of sodium salts of carbonic acids includes a multi-purpose additive of non-ionogenic SAS - a mixture of butyl ethers of propylene glycols of the following common formula: C4H9O[CH2CH(CH3)O]nH, where n = 2-4 in the amount of 0.05-1.00%.
EFFECT: reduction of surface tension; creation of an uniform coating with lower flow rate of the reagent per 1 m2; reduction of freezing up and down of coal, overburden rocks; reduction of ice strength and simplification of unloading.
