FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. A surgical suturing instrument comprises first and second tissue clamping units and a knife. The first tissue clamping unit is configured to receive a number of staples. The second tissue clamping unit comprises a support plate configured to shape the staples. A tissue treating unit is configured to place between the first and second tissue clamping units. The tissue treating unit comprises a rupture pack or a cylindrical unit configured to receive a medicinal fluid, including at least one tissue cell. The tissue processing unit can be shaped as a spiral, a circular disk or an elongated sleeve. The tissue processing unit can also comprise small tongues extending outwards. The tissue processing unit can be also provided with an outlet.
