Claimed hardware-software complex comprises the units that follow. Complex for planning and interaction with the source of spacecraft and high-orbit SNS ephemerides. Mission control centre and consuming appliances. Preliminary data processing complex. Complex for computation of geometrical conditions of measurements. Complex for computation of spacecraft coordinates for high-orbit GLONASS/GPS SNS. Complex for on-line diagnostics of ionospheric disturbances with respect to SNR and development of info products and memory (archive).

EFFECT: enlarged zone of ionosphere observation, accelerated and continuous diagnostics.
