SUBSTANCE: burner device contains a pipe with burner attachment, installed horizontally on input vertical wall of which the wall tangential branch high-pressure air supply pipes are installed at sharp angle, and an axial high concentration dust supply nozzle, and also the shell ring and the electric heaters installed between the pipe and the shell ring. Minimum two tangential high-pressure air supply branch pipes are located on a vertical wall along a circle 0.6-0.9 d where d is pipe diameter, and the ratio of length (L) pipe to its diameter (d) is 2.5-4.
EFFECT: optimisation of aerodynamic parameters and improvement of reliability of operation of the burner device.
