FIELD: thermal power stations. SUBSTANCE: boiler unit has boiler with furnace 1 provided with rectangular burners 2 and tertiary air-type pulverized fuel burner 3, fuel pulverizing system with gas-intake pit 4, air-swept pulverizer 5, pulverized-fuel concentrator 6 divided by transverse partitions 13 into sections 14 communicating through upflow tubes 15 and 16. Transverse partitions 13 and upflow tubes 15, 16 are double-walled structures with interwall spaces communicating with air source; ends of upflow tubes are made in the form of annular slit nozzles 21, 22 facing embrasure of burner 3; inner diameter of nozzle 22 is larger than outer diameter of nozzle 21 and diameters of outlet connection 10, upflow tubes 15, 16, and dump tube 9 are increasing with increase in cone angle along axis equal to angle of flare of axial fireball which is also equal to conical case of pulverized-fuel concentrator; inlet and outlet connections 7 and 12 are relatively crossing at case bottom in vertical axial line; vertical segment partition 20 is installed between connections below level of upflow tubes and attached to bottom part of case; it functions to separate inlet and outlet ports of connections 7 and 12 of which the former is secured to wide base of case in each section 14.
