FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering. In the method of operation of the heat power plant the waste low-grade heat energy of steam spent in the turbine and low-grade heat of the return network water are utilised by means of the heat engine with the closed circulation loop, operating according to Rankine organic cycle, where the cooling liquid is the low-boiling working body.
EFFECT: invention allows to provide increase of efficiency of heat power plant, increase of resource and reliability of operation of the steam turbine condenser and decrease of heat emissions into environment.
