FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: method of combustion the lean-premixed air-and-fuel mixture in the low-emission burner consists in regulation of relative consumption of pilot fuel in all possible operating modes of the low-emission burner irrespective of the main fuel consumption taking into account air temperature and the temperature of "lean" fuel-air mix from the condition of obtaining the minimum concentration of nitrogen oxides at preservation of stability of fuel-air mix burning in the additional circulating zone. The subsequent limitation of rate of supply of pilot fuel into the additional circulating zone of the low-emission burner is no more than (5-10) m/s due to use of a permeable plate the capacity of which for this purpose is pre-set by selection of structure and thickness of porous material. Meanwhile the catalysts, coated on branched surface of the permeable plate, are used, and the catalyst type depends on the working temperature of the permeable plate. Here the bluff body is the hollow conic stabilizer with the vertex angle 30°.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the range of steady burning of "lean" fuel-air mix, reduce emission of nitrogen oxides, increase reliability and resource of work of the low-emission burner.
