FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: method to burn pre-treated lean fuel-air mix in a double-circuit low-emission burner with adjustment of pilot fuel flow consists in adjustment of pilot fuel flow regardless of primary fuel flow with condition of production of minimum emission of nitrogen oxides with preservation of fuel-air mixture burning stability in an additional circulation zone, in reduction of relative flow of pilot fuel with increased temperature of air and temperature of the lean fuel-air mixture with preservation of fuel-air mix burning stability in the additional circulation zone. Speed of pilot fuel supply into the additional circulation zone of the low-emission burner is limited as not more than (5-10) m/s due to installation of a perforated plate with the specified throughput capacity at the outlet of the pilot fuel supply manifold. As a blugg body they use a hollow conical stabiliser with an angle at the top 30°.

EFFECT: invention increases the range of stable burning of lean fuel-air mix, increases reliability and resource of operation of a low-emission burner.
