Claimed method of obtaining biofilm of microorganisms, method of processing waste flowing medium from metal processing and bioreactor for processing flowing medium from metal processing. Method of obtaining biofilm of microorganisms, capable of reducing chemical requirement in oxygen of waste flowing medium from metal processing includes provision of biofilm of microorganisms on solid matrix-substrate in first bioreactor, transfer of solid matrix-substrate, containing biofilm of microorganisms, from first bioreactor into second bioreactor, culturing biofilm of microorganisms in second bioreactor in presence of waste flowing medium from metal processing method of processing waste flowing medium from metal processing includes provision of biofilm of microorganisms on solid matrix-substrate in first bioreactor, transfer of part of solid matrix-substrate, containing biofilm of microorganisms, from first bioreactor into second bioreactor, incubation of microorganisms in second bioreactor. Bioreactor for processing flowing medium from metal processing contains first solid matrix-substrate, containing biofilm of microorganisms, second solid matrix-substrate and diluted waste flowing medium from metal processing.

EFFECT: inventions provide reduction of chemical requirement of oxygen for shorter time period, fast reproduction of microorganisms and formation of biofilms in different flows of waste, increase of exploitation characteristics of bioreactors.
