SUBSTANCE: composition, a method for poultry farm environment improvement, a method for ammonia formation and urease enzyme inhibition reduction, a method for pathogenic bacteria level reduction, a method for pest control in litter for poultry, a method for pododermatitis prevention in birds. The composition comprises at least one Bacillus subtilis strain in an amount of 1×104 Cfu/ml to 1×1013 Cfu/ml, a bioactive surfactant (surfactin or lichenisin, or fengicin, or iturin, or a mixture thereof) in an amount of 2 mg/l to 7000 mg/l, a surfactant (alkylbenzenesulfonic acid or alkylbenzene sulfonate). The methods comprise application of the proposed composition to the poultry litter.
EFFECT: improved performance of poultry farms.
