SUBSTANCE: invention relates to unified system for classification and coding (USCC) of railway telecommunication infrastructure operation structures. USCC comprises the classification and coding data base distribution kit server, PCs of computer-aided users workstations, local networks exchanges, routers, railway corporate Intranet data transmission network, PCs of administrator and remote user workstations, servers of data base and applications of automated control system of telecommunication infrastructure of network and railway levels and servers of reference data of the railway all automated systems. The latter are timed with distribution kit server data base compiled with distribution of operation structures by preset classifiers by classes, classification groups and registers. Besides, it incorporates the server with centralised reference data base of network level.

EFFECT: automated operation of centralised USCC.
