FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises one or two separate sections: a radiation section, where heat is generated by catalytic combustion of gaseous fuel, and a convection fuel, where hot effluent gases provide for additional heating. The radiation section comprises one or several heating elements, a gas distribution system, a system of air supply and a start system. The convection section represents a double-pipe structure of "pipe in pipe" type.

EFFECT: device has small weight, wide range of regulation and high efficiency of energy use, which may be used during heat generation in a wide range by capacity, in wide temperature ranges on different fuel types, and in development of modular structures on its basis.
