SUBSTANCE: catalytic heating element has cylindrical or oval tubular structure and two sleeves used as extension of tubular structure with catalyst layer covering surfaces of tubular structure and sleeves; it also has gas distributing device with gas-air mixture feeder and cooling water inlet and outlet. CO content in exit gases corresponds to concentration of not over 10 ppm; these gases are free from nitric oxides and their methane content is not over 30 ppm.
