FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method includes suspending tannin in benzene and dispersing the obtained mixture into a suspension of sodium alginate in butanol in the presence of an E472c preparation while stirring at 1000 rps. Chloroform is then added. The obtained suspension is filtered out and dried at room temperature. The process of producing microcapsules is carried out at 25°C for 20 minutes.
EFFECT: simpler and faster process of producing microcapsules and reduced losses during production.
