SUBSTANCE: what is described is a method of treating patients suffering from lichen planus, wherein the medicinal products used are 30% sodium thiosulphate 10 ml once a day externally, 0.1% mometasone fuorate; Imunofan is additionally prescribed intramuscularly in a dose of 1.0 ml with the active ingredient arginyl-alpha-aspartyl-lysyl-valyl-tyrosyl-arginine 50 mcg every second day; the therapeutic course is 10 days.

EFFECT: method of treating the patients with lichen planus including Imunofan enables producing the more pronounced therapeutic effect, the favourable effect on the clinical course, prolonged remission; the medicinal product has appeared to cause no side effects, allergic responses having the pronounced immunomodulatory effect and led to normalising the clinical characteristics of the disease.
