FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method relates to medicine, particularly to dermatology, and can be applied in treating lichen acuminatus. That is ensured by prescribing PUVA therapy with externally applied photosensitisers. PUVA baths are taken for 7-10 days with radiation dose thereafter gradually increased by 25-30% of minimal phototoxic dose. With underlying PUVA baths, 5 intravenous injections of Panavir in therapeutic dose 200 mcg are applied every second day.
EFFECT: method provides higher clinical effectiveness, as well as prolonged remission.
