EFFECT: pre-administration of miliacine has provided reducing blood endotoxins in the infected animals and the production of the inflammation mediators IL-6, IL-17, gamma-INF, but increasing the production of the proinflammatory cytokine IL-10; death of the infected animals has been decreased.
