FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: according to the suggested method one should mix liquid oxygen-inducing foundation, liquid generator of acetyl radicals representing, at least, acetylcaptoprolactam. The present innovation refers, also, to the set of solutions to implement the present method for obtaining antimicrobial composition and applying this antimicrobial composition obtained due to this method for disinfection of objects and/or surfaces, for example, surgical instruments and/or endoscopes or contours. The suggested innovation provides efficient antimicrobial treatment without reactivity to black and not black metals and, also, without evaporation of components due to their stability.
