SUBSTANCE: combat garment suit of rescuers, which has flame-retardant properties, consists of a jacket with sleeves, and a hood with a protective transparent element, trousers with suspenders and a rigid belt, boots of flame-retardant material resistant to mechanical stress of the seismic nature, a protective helmet of the brand "Cromwell F600", and a protective vest. The cloth of the combat garment top is used as textile fibre material with bioprotective properties based on natural or chemical fibres. The first layers of the protective suit of rescuers and the protective vest, facing the environment surrounding the operator, are processed with the foam multifunctional composition for degasation, disinfection, desinsection, deactivation and shielding of the surfaces, capacities and objects from the hazardous agents and substances with foam, where the foam liquid phase is a solution of clathrate didecyldimethylammonium halide with urea as the active substance in an amount of from 0.1 to 5% by weight, and clathrate didecyldimethylammonium halide with urea is used as clathrate didecyldimethylammonium chloride with urea and/or clathrate didecyldimethylammonium bromide with urea.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of protection of rescuer under emergency conditions by processing the equipment layer facing the environment with the multifunctional foam composition against hazardous reagents and substances.
