OUTFIT OF RESCUER FOR OPERATION UNDER EXTREME CONDITIONS Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC F41H1/02

Abstract RU 2565563 C1

FIELD: personal use articles.

SUBSTANCE: outfit of a rescuer operating under extreme conditions consists of a protective jacket against mechanical impact, a jump suit, a vest and a helmet of rescuer, while the protective jacket has in front a central board zipper fastener, closed with windscreen flap on buttons, lateral and vertical slash pockets with zipper, a patch volume pocket for radio and a slash pocket with zipper on the shoulder yoke on the left and right, respectively, on the right sleeve there is a slash pocket with flap, and on the back of the jacket there is an inscription "RUSSIA MES", and on the bottom of the jacket is tied with a cord with clamps, the sleeve bottom is treated with cuff tied with elastic band and a half-belt with a textile fastener, and the faced hood retractable into the pocket on the collar, it is adjusted on the right cutout with an elastic cord, and in the chest line, on the jacket bottom, in front and on the back as well as on the bottom of the sleeves the light reflective strips are sewn, and there is a removable thermal insulation fastened to the sides of the jacket on zipper, and in front there is a lower patch pockets and a knit collar, and the jump suit has a zipper closed with valve on buttons, as well as stitched straps, the free ends of which are fastened to the front upper part on locks, while below the waist of the jump suit there are side slash pockets on zipper at the level of the chest, on the right a slash pocket on zipper is located, in the knee area there are side slash pockets with a textile fastener, and on the right there is a pocket for knife, at the waist line there are five belt loops, the knee area and the seat area are reinforced with plates, the bottom of the jumpsuit has poufs with zipper and cables with a clamp, covering the boots, and below the knee area the light reflective strips are sewn, and the removable thermal insulation fastened to the jump-suit on the top with buttons has a zipper, a casing with a cord at the waist line, knitted ribs and footstraps, and the vest is made one-piece with fastening on textile fastener and has a light-reflective strip on the bottom, on the vest back there is an inscription "RUSSIA MES", and a helmet of type "Cromwell ER1" is made of thermoplastic - high temperature resistant, and the visor and the glasses are made of polycarbonate, the protective jacket is made with a protective shell consisting of a fabric lining connected with protective shells, and in the fabric lining the elastic frame racks are fixed by clips on the belt, and the protective shells are mounted on the elastic frame racks, the protective shell is made three-layered, while the first layer facing the environment surrounding the operator is made in the form of interconnected rings, the material of which is used as stainless steel, the third layer facing the operator's body is made of perforated polymeric material such as aramid fibre, and the second layer located between them is made resilient of elastic mesh elements, and the mesh structure density of the elastic mesh elements is in the optimum range of values of 1.2 g/cm3…2.0 g/cm3, and the wire material of the elastic mesh elements is EI-708 steel, and its diameter is in the optimal range of values of 0.09…0.15 mm, is characterized in that the first layer of the protective jacket facing the environment surrounding the operator is treated with foam multifunctional composition for degasation, disinfection, desinsection, deactivation and shielding the surfaces, volumes and objects from the hazardous agents and substances with foam, where the liquid phase of the foam is a solution of clathrate didecyldimethylammonium halide with urea as an active substance in an amount of from 0.1 to 5% by weight, and the clathrate didecyldimethylammonium halide with urea is used as clathrate didecyldimethylammonium chloride with urea and/or clathrate didecyldimethylammonium bromide with urea, and the second layer is made of material absorbing the radioactive radiation, with the absorption coefficient corresponding to the dose of ionizing radiation, and the material absorbing the radioactive radiation is used as the material which contains as a filler lead oxides (lead oxide II, IY) and a binder - ethyl acetate, di-(alkylpolyethyleneglycol) ester of phosphoric acid of the formula where n = 6, R - alkyl group containing 8-10 carbon atoms and ethyl cellulose with the following ratio of components, wt %: lead oxide II, IY 30.6-56.8; polyvinyl butyral 3.8-10.2; ethyl acetate 14.3-26.5; di-(alkylpolyethyleneglycol) ester of phosphoric acid 0.2-0.4; ethylcellulose - the rest, and the new composition of the binder in the claimed invention provides full compatibility with lead oxides and enables to obtain materials with high lead equivalent and the degree of flexibility that has good adhesion to metals, concrete, brick, moreover, the material is a highly concentrated suspension rapidly curable in air, and the material viscosity is 20÷70 Pa∙s, which enables to cast films from it of different thickness with die or extruder, to apply to the surface with a brush, pouring over, pour into various cavities, slits and channels.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of the rescuer protection under emergency conditions by processing the equipment layer facing the environment with a foam multifunctional composition against hazardous reagents and substances.
