Note also that there are at least two groups (G, G'). Every group (G, G') is separated from adjacent group (G, G') by recess (12, 12′) is seen in direction perpendicular to fluid flow direction (S). Profile of recess (12, 12') separating appropriate groups (G, G') differs from that of recesses (8, 8') confined by those ledges (1, 1', 1'') in groups (G, G') which adjoin the recess (12, 12') separating said groups (G, G').
