SEALED PACKAGE HOUSING, METHOD AND DEVICE FOR ITS PRODUCTION Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC B65B51/10 B65B51/22 B65B9/06

Abstract RU 2565272 C2

FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: method comprises forming an overlapping part by bending a strip of synthetic polymeric film to obtain a tubular housing, in which the side edge parts of the film are superimposed one upon the other, the first welding to weld the overlapped part of the housing in the longitudinal direction of the film to form a first sealed part and obtaining the tubular element filled with the content. Then, compression is performed by applying pressure from outside to the film of the filled tubular element for continuous formation in the film with the predetermined intervals of the flat part, below which the contents is squeezed out. And the second welding is carried out with the application of heat to the flat part and welding the inner surfaces of the tubular element throughout its length in the width direction to form a second sealed part having at least one continuous linear weld seam across the entire width of the tubular film. The width of the weld seam in the second part is from 0.1 to 0.4 mm, and the tying is carried out by compression of the tubular film on the second part or in the vicinity to form a narrowed part, and the tying is carried out by the tying element. The device for implementing the method comprises the means for formation of the overlapped part by bending a strip of synthetic polymeric film to form a tubular housing, in which the side edge parts of the film are superimposed one upon the other, the first welding means to weld the overlapped part of the housing to form a first sealed part and obtaining the tubular element, the means of filling the tubular element with the content, the compressing means for applying pressure from outside to the tubular element filled with contents, and continuous formation in the film of the tubular element with the predetermined intervals of the flat part, below which the contents is squeezed out. The device also comprises the second welding means for applying heat to the flat part and welding the inner surfaces of the tubular element throughout its length in the width direction to form a second sealed part, with at least one continuous linear weld seam across the width of the tubular film. The width of the weld seam in the second part is from 0.1 to 0.4 mm. The device also comprises the tying means for compression of the tubular film on the second part or in the vicinity to form a narrowed part, tied by the tying element.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides increase in quality.
