FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an installation method of tension reinforcement members inside the cover so that a tension member can be obtained, which is a part of a structure suspension system. The tension member includes an inclined cover and a bundle of essentially parallel tension reinforcement members located in the cover and individually fixed in the first and second attachment zones. Reinforcement members are installed in position in the form of groups of N reinforcement members, where N is a figure equal to or larger than 1. The cover and some part of reinforcement members are installed by being applied to reinforcement members of tension force generally of an equal value. The method involves the following stages: a) installed reinforcement members are sealed on at least one cover end; b) inside the cover there passed is a new group of reinforcement members to the space that remained free after sealing of the reinforcement members, c) each reinforcement member of the new group is tightened between the first and the second attachment zones so that all the installed reinforcement members can have the same tension value, and d) steps a) - c) are repeated till completion of installation of reinforcement members.
EFFECT: method allows making tension members of a small cross-section for the specified number of reinforcement members, which minimises wind resistance of the tension member.
