SUBSTANCE: claimed invention consists in application of optimality criterion on the basis of minimisation of entropy-parametric potential to rule out stable states of non-operability from the operation of dynamic system. Claimed process comprises the steps that follow. For this, data base of reference parameters of the output parameter distribution law is created. Output parameter distribution law actual parameters are defined. Entropy-parametric criterion of optimum control is defined. Optimum state area membership object state is defined. Entropy-parametric potential magnitude is defined. Entropy-parametric potential magnitude is minimised. Output parameter distribution law actual parameters are corrected.
EFFECT: optimised control over dynamic system by excluding the stable states of non-operability from the operation of dynamic system.
